Consultancy – Shaping a Shared Vision for Curriculum Innovation

“Rebecca has a sound understanding of current educational theory combined with experience in change management”

Rebecca has a sound understanding of current educational theory combined with experience in change management all seasoned with a background in drama, which enlivened and deepened the engagement of all stakeholders Her ability to create an open and honest atmosphere, sensitive to areas of possible concern and without avoiding difficult issues, engendered a good deal of trust both in herself and the process Each of the stakeholder groups warmed to her collaborative methods and vibrant, energising (but never dominating) personality which resulted in some really rich findings and observations. It is testament to Rebecca’s skills as a process designer and facilitator that by the end of the process so many of the staff and governors were keen to work together (rather than separately) to tease out the key elements of the revised vision and priorities for action. Rebecca worked with our children, parents, staff and governors to define our school vision and translate this into a strategic development plan. She did this through a variety of practical activities which were both fun and thought provoking and enabled everyone to participate. Feedback after the process was extremely positive with everyone enthusiastic about continuing to build on their work to make our school the best it can be. Headteacher
